Katie Welham

Katie originally designed her own packages for an Anger Management Course and Personal Development: Assertiveness and Self-esteem, which she has been running since 2000.

The courses have evolved over this period to take into account the needs of the particular client group and any new research which becomes available. These have been highly successful and facilitated by her in a variety of locations:

She has also facilitated therapy groups, whilst working at the Drug Rehab Centre. In 2002 she started facilitating a specialist Drug Rehab Programme in a local Prison Drug Rehab for Young Offenders.

She has also developed and designed taster games for getting information across to young people about addictions, alcohol, anxiety, anger management, bereavement, depression, drugs, eating disorders, Health & Well-being, HIV/Aids and Sexual Health, Self-harm.

Katie has over 3500 hour's group facilitation experience.
